The method involves partially or totally lowering a heavy weight body, essentially a ring body (10) in shallow form into the sea base after the attachment on the sea base by fluidization and lateral pushing of the ground below the base of the heavy weight body. A soft layer is relocated with a water injection process, initially before attachment of the heavy weight body on the location of the wind energy plant. The fluidization takes place by high pressure nozzle in base area of heavy weight body, and supply of fluid under pressure takes place by a line in a hollow support of grid-like shaft. An independent claim is included for a method for producing a gravity foundation.
