The device has a support plate (22) and partial strippers (23, 24) vertically adjustable in a vertical direction (40). The partial strippers are connected with a support beam (28). The support beam is displaced in the vertical direction based on positions of the partial strippers. The partial strippers lie in a plane, and include a common boundary line. The partial strippers include a same width or different widths. First and second hydraulic piston cylinder devices (25, 26) are associated to each partial stripper. A third hydraulic piston cylinder device (27) is fastened at the plate.
