The method involves connecting multiple local servers (6, 7) through Internet (5) for data exchange. Each server is additionally provided with kernel software (10). The kernel software is identifiable and accessible through an Internet address, where local kernel software has interfaces (3, 4) for transfer of data from browsers. Data of technical apparatuses i.e. sensors, are provided to identifiable kernel in an overall kernel composite. An overall useful kernel infrastructure is steered locally by humans for manual or automatic transmission of supplied data from the apparatuses.
