The system has a training, seizing and radio requestable sensing unit (3) assigned to a training apparatus (2) to detect movements of the training apparatus during exercises and/or exercise movements. A mobile computer unit i.e. smartphone (1), is attached to a radio data connection unit that is attached to the sensing unit, pre-setting components (4) and/or payment systems, closure unit, detection facilities. The mobile computing unit analyzes and displays transmitted data of the sensor unit. An acceleration sensor is connected with a read-write memory. An independent claim is also included for a method for operating a system for processing mobile data and setting a training equipment in a gym and a medical rehabitation.
