The cylinder head (1) has an integrated exhaust manifold (2) comprising first channels (11,15) and second channels (12,16). The first channels have first openings (13,17) and the second channels have second openings (14,18) positioned to receive exhaust gases from different outlet openings of the same cylinder. The first channels are extended along first guide curve and the second channels are extended along second guide curve. The guide curves have different profiles, so that mutual interference between flow of first channels and flow of second channels is low. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) an engine; and (2) a manufacturing method of cylinder head.
