The circuit has two hydraulic cylinders (10,11) connected to hydraulic outgoing line (20) and return line (21) which are attached with directional control valves (30). An electromagnetically controlled solenoid valve (80) arranged between the directional control valve and pressure reservoir (70), is configured to disconnect the pressure reservoir and hydraulic cylinders during operative position and is configured to connect the pressure reservoir and hydraulic cylinders during powerless emergency operation. The directional control valves are connected to electric motor (M) and hydraulic fluid tank (60) via feed line (40) and discharge line (41) respectively.
