The machine has a machine frame (4) at which a cultivation device is arranged. The machine chassis includes front driving device and two rear driving devices. A pivoting device (7) is pivotally mounted over the driving devices, for pivoting the driving devices between swinging out and swinging positions with respect to the machine frame. A spatial stroke swivel gear box of pivoting device is arranged to enable vertical adjustment of the driving devices with respect to swivel plane, when the driving devices are pivoted between swinging and swinging out positions in swivel plane. An independent claim is included for method for pivoting driving devices of construction machine.
