The lid (1) has a transparent window (6) rearwardly illuminated by a light source (5) i.e. LED, that is made of a transparent material. A light-impermeable coating layer (4) is formed on a front side (2a) of the lid or outside of the transparent window. The light source is arranged in a rear trough of the lid, and the transparent window is formed with a signature. A collection trough (3) for retaining the light source is arranged in a region of an aperture (4a). A base body (2) is made of a visible light transparent material i.e. polycarbonate (PC). An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a tank and loading lid.
