The wind rotor has two main wings with a volatile associated flow straightener, axles or shafts, a generator and a carrier system for the wings, where a slat is installed on an end of the carrier system. The slat is fixed on a rotary plane of the wing or alternatively is fixed to the end of the carrier system with an end of the wing. The slat commonly and completely faces upwards or downwards with one wing upwards and with the other downwards, so that in the wind rotor always a part of the wing works in wind.
