Dependable operating fine filter device (1) comprises a filter means for separating soluble particles, preferably harmful substances, e.g. heavy metals from a liquid, preferably from filtrate pre-purified from surface water, for providing a fine filtrate. The filter means comprises a housing (2) with a first inlet (5) and a first outlet (6). The housing has an annular filter means body (10), which has a centered filter means body outlet channel arranged in the filter means body. The filter means body is provided for cleaning the filtrate by separation of the particles from the liquid. Dependable operating fine filter device (1) comprises a filter means for separating soluble particles, preferably harmful substances, e.g. heavy metals, from a liquid, preferably from filtrate pre-purified from surface water, for providing a fine filtrate. The filter means comprises a housing (2) with a first inlet (5) and a first outlet (6). The housing has an annular filter means body (10), which has a centered filter means body outlet channel arranged in the filter means body. The filter means body is provided for cleaning the filtrate by separation of the particles from the liquid for providing the fine filtrate. The first inlet is arranged in the lower portion of the housing for supplying the filtrate. The filter means body is spaced apart from an upper side of the housing to form a post-chamber for collection of the fine filtrate flowing from the filter means body and transmission of the fine filtrate in the filter means body outlet channel. The filter means body is spaced back from a lower surface of the housing to form a collecting chamber, which is connected at the first inlet, for the transfer of the filtrate from the first inlet into the collecting chamber and transmission of the filtrate in the filter means body towards the collecting chamber. The lower end of the filter means body outlet channel is connected to a discharge pipe for outwardly discharging the fine filtrate over the outlet. An independent claim is also included for a dependable operating filter system for cleaning liquids, preferably surface water, with a highly resilient filter property comprising the fine filter device.
