The mechanism has flat round base disk made from rubber and other flexible materials with similar mechanical properties. An edge of a small segment moves toward a base and a light section of an object i.e. toy (4). The base is flexibly connected with the light section of the object. An independent claim is also included for an aerodynamic stabilizer.
