The portable display device (1) has a display unit (2) with a compact size, location-independent and portable function, that is provided with a fastener such as Velcro (RTM: hook and loop fastener) strips (3) and hook (4) for attaching to clothing, bags and car windows. A central server is connected with controller. A battery (5) is solar-powered for independent power supply. The controller is coupled with mobile phone through wireless communication (6) such as Bluetooth, LTE or cable (7).
