The clothing has a cape comprising a handle in a hand area for finger, where the cape is fixed to a handle of a steering wheel. Three openings are reversibly opened parallel to upper arms and formed in a front area of the cape, where a rear side of the cape is widely opened. A flexible band is formed at the rear side of the cape and stressed under a saddle during driving of a bicycle. A collar of the cape projects till to mouth, and a hood is secured at the collar by a Velcro (RTM: hook and loop fastener) strip. A bag is reversibly fastened to the steering wheel.
