The method comprises bonding two thinner foam sheets to a two-layer foam sheet. An adhesive is applied on one of surfaces of the thinner foam sheets. The amount of adhesive applied on the surface is 50-75%. The adhesive is point-shaped, line-shaped or grid-shaped on the surface of the thinner foam sheets. The adhesive is a dispersion glue or a hot melt adhesive. The hot melt adhesive is applied in molten state to the surface of the thinner foam sheets, where the application of the hot melt adhesive is uniform in a direction of the surface. The method comprises bonding two thinner foam sheets to a two-layer foam sheet. An adhesive is applied on one of surfaces of the thinner foam sheets. The amount of adhesive applied on the surface is 50-75%. The adhesive is point-shaped, line-shaped or grid-shaped on the surface of the thinner foam sheets. The adhesive is a dispersion glue or a hot melt adhesive. The hot melt adhesive is applied in molten state to the surface of the thinner foam sheets, where the application of the hot melt adhesive is uniform in a direction of the surface. Each surface to be bonded to the thinner foam sheets is foamable. A surface area of the applied adhesive in the surface is 20-400 g/m 2. A width of a structural unit of the applied adhesive is 5-50 mm, and/or a distance between the individual structural units of the patterned applied adhesive is 5-50 mm. The method further comprises: drying the thinner foam sheets; treating the dried thinner foam sheets with electromagnetic radiation; joining the thinner foam plates on the surfaces to be bonded; and pressing the joined thinner foam sheets, and then optionally curing.
