The apparatus has several housing that are provided in the direction of oscillation above and below the contact-free action conical springs (2), or plate springs, with a centrally acting oscillation axis (3). The flexible holding elements (4) are connected to the housing in the oscillation axis. A vibration exciter is embedded with permanent magnets and electro-magnetic-coils. The conical springs are freely supported to the housing at the contact points of the oscillation axis with an anti-friction coating (6) by the anchoring holder (5).
