The bag (10) has a retaining plate (11) comprising a closure flap (16), which is pivotable inside the bag to open an access opening (14). A protective locking part (23) is fastened on the plate and hinders pivoting of the closure flap before usage of the bag. The locking part is attached to the closure flap. The locking part is pivotally arranged in the bag and latched at the plate in a releasing position. The closure flap is spring-biased into a closure position of the closure flap. The locking part closes a penetration opening (24) of the plate in the releasing position. An independent claim is also included for a vacuum cleaner.
