The cable (1) has a cable part (20) guided in a lengthwise-stranded casing (10) and comprising a wire cable part (23) i.e. round strand cable part, struck from a wire (21) and/or a strand (22). The casing comprises a helical stabilizing element (11) i.e. rectangular wire scroll part. Axial distance (A) between circumferentially adjacent outer wire- and strand parts of the wire cable part is different from axial distance (B) between circumferentially adjacent spiral portions of the stabilization element, where the spiral portions face opposite to the outer wire- and/or strand portions. The casing comprises a lining pipe (14) and an outer sheath (15), which are made of a plastic material. The wire and/or the strand of the wire rope and/or the stabilizing element are made of steel i.e. galvanized steel.
