The massage attachment (14) has a coupling element (42) that is connected to an output element (20) of an actuator (12), and a massage element (34) that surrounds the coupling element. An elastic molded portion is formed in the massage element and the coupling element surrounds the massage element to form a cavity. The actuator drives the massage element indirectly over the coupling element. The massage element has a massage head (36) that is formed in spherical or pear shape. The massage head expands opposite to a neck (38) that is formed in the massage element. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a massage device; and (2) an application system.
