The system has an enossal implant (12) including an anchoring portion (14) anchored in a bone and a body section (16) receiving an abutment (22). A cup-shaped holding element (32) is formed on an outer surface for fastening to a dental structural unit i.e. prosthesis. A hollow chamber is releasably connected to a connecting portion (26) of the abutment, where the implant and the abutment consist of zirconia ceramic. A form-fitting element (20) of the implant is attached to the abutment to cement positively lock-fix the abutment on the body section of the implant. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an abutment (2) a method for anchoring a dental structural part in a mouth of a patient.
