The excrement shovel (1) has flat base plate (2) that is connected to handle portion (3), and whose front end (8) is provided with wavy and/or jagged form. A shackle (4) is extended partially above the base plate in direction perpendicular to excrement retainer traveling direction (R). The shackle is extended between side regions (5,6) of base plate, and the base plate and handle portion are moved and rotated with respect to each other. An independent claim is included for an excrement shovel system.
