The arrangement has a wall element limiting ingress of liquid e.g. water. An aperture connects a region outside of lockable volume with a region within lockable volume. The aperture is lockable by a sealing element (15) against the ingress of liquid. The sealing element is formed in the region within the lockable volume for making a gas passage between a region outside of the lockable volume and the sealing element. A deformable element (17) i.e. gas-permeable element, comprises a porous material (16) that partially borders on the deformable element. An independent claim is also included for a sealing device.
