The container (100) has an underfloor collecting hopper (110) comprising a tub (130) and a lid (120), where a waste is thrown into the hopper through an insertion shaft (140). The shaft comprises an end section (160) with an insertion aperture (170) and a partial section (190) that is connected with the lid by a connecting device (180) such that an introduction aperture (220) is formed in the partial section by a rotational movement (230) of the end section. A suction spout of a waste suction motor vehicle is inserted into the hopper through the introduction aperture for sucking the waste. An independent claim is also included for a method for collecting and disposing a waste i.e. urban domestic waste.
