The system provides power for charging of the high-temperature reservoir (2.2) from an external energy source and an internal power source of the gas turbine power station. The high-temperature reservoir is provided with memory material heated by the internal and external sources of energy. A channel configured to lead the hot water with an inlet temperature. The heat is transferred from storage medium to the channel by flowing hot water. The inlet temperature exits at an outlet temperature from the channel of the high-temperature reservoir.
