The holder (10) has an open top container box (14) and a holding element (20) is coupled with a guide (16,17), where the guide is pivotally connected to the holder at an end portion (16a,17a) and is pivotally coupled to the holding element at another end portion (16b,17b). The guide is designed to guide the holding element in and out of the container box by pivoting around a pivot axis of the guide. A spring element (22) is provided to act on the guide of the holding element with a spring force. An angle (alpha) is formed between the guide and the holding element.
