The tongue has a resilient supporting portion (6) that is provided for supporting a flat pad (4) on upper foot side. Transverse bracings of supporting portion are defined in side edges of the tongue in the direction of longitudinal axis of tongue extending recesses. A longitudinal extending bracing of supporting portion is approximately provided centrally along the longitudinal axis. The longitudinal extending bracing is integrally connected with the transverse bracings, such that the transverse bracing is made narrower than the tongue extending recesses.
