The beating apparatus (100) has multiple wires (110) fixedly connected with an end surface of a rotatably mounted shaft of a dough-kneading machine. An upper mounting plate (120) is provided in a region of the end surface of the rotatably mounted shaft. Multiple holes (121) are radially arranged in the upper mounting plate, where the upper end of the wires is mounted in the respective hole. A lower end of each wire is mounted in a respective radial hole (131) of a lower fastening plate (130). The diameter of the upper mounting plate is larger than the diameter of the lower mounting plate.
