The transducer has a reference pressure source for supplying reference pressure to relative pressure sensor (3). A closure portion (25) is inserted at an end of an aperture (21), so as to close a side facing away from the aperture side of closure portion. A capillary tube (27) is arranged on an outside of interior of reference pressure source. An opposite side of closure portion is connected on the region of reference pressure source relative to pressure sensor through a prominent hole and with an inner space of reference pressure source locked by the closure portion.
