The casting device comprises a support frame having two spaced apart frame members, where each frame member includes a supporting load rollers (70) on load support surface, a support for mold arranged between the frame parts, and an electric drive having wheel interacting with the frame members and outgoing traction unit for pivoting the support frame about its rotation axis. Each of the frame members starts the traction unit. The drive wheel interacts with omega -assembly. Each support surface is supported on the load rollers, and has a smooth peripheral surface. The casting device comprises a support frame having two spaced apart frame members, where each frame member includes a supporting load rollers (70) on load support surface, a support for mold arranged between the frame parts, and an electric drive having wheel interacting with the frame members and outgoing traction unit for pivoting the support frame about its rotation axis. Each of the frame members starts the traction unit. The drive wheel interacts with omega -assembly. Each support surface is supported on the load rollers, and has a smooth peripheral surface. The load roller comprises flanges whose clear distance is adapted to width of the support surface. The drive wheel includes a chain wheel or a toothed disk, which is engaged with a tooth of the traction unit such as a chain or toothed belt. A web (34) projects from its axis of rotation from an outer surface of the traction unit with respective to an outer surface of the frame member, and has a circular arc section geometry. An outer surface of the web is a bearing surface for the traction unit. The support surface of the frame members has a peripheral surface of the disk or wheel or annulus geometry frame member. Each of the electrical drive comprises a generator for angular position and speed as a synchronous motor. The casting device further comprises a handling device as a robot attached to the mold or associated with the molds. The handling device comprises a controller that controls the electric drive as a robot axes.
