The assistance has a plastic strip extended longitudinally to a plastic pipe and provided with sine-similarly waved metallic detection wire. The metallic detection wire is flat located and embedded into the plastic tape or between two connected plastic tapes along a same longitudinal direction. The metallic wire has a circular locating flat, polygonal or oval cross-section. The plastic tapes are connected by an adhesive or hot melt adhesive bond permanently with each other. The plastic pipe is coated with a polymeric protecting layer.
