The tool (1) has a screwing tool (4) i.e. screwdriver bit, arranged at a cutting head (3). A retainer is provided in the cutting head. Intersect parts are provided at the cutting head, where the intersect parts are formed by tungsten carbide or an indexable insert. A plate is fastened at a substrate by using a countersunk screw. The plate comprises a hole equipped with the countersunk screw. The cutting head is formed at an end of a plug-in pin (2), where the screwing tool is connected with the tool.
