The structure has a driven part provided with a drive part. Piston parts are attached at the driven part and movably fixed in to oil chambers, respectively. A spring is extended between one of the oil chambers and a traveling direction of one of the piston parts. The oil chamber is provided with a discharge hole (23). The other oil chamber is connected with a distribution chamber through a front distribution passage. A brake lever (30) is attached at a housing (20) and pressed in a pressure unit (31) and the drive part.
