A recess consisting of segments is provided at the connection point and is filled by spraying of plastics or vulcanization, where the segments are connected in a pairwise manner. The recess is formed through the connection of the shaft with the lever. The recess is formed in U-shaped, Z-shaped or H-shaped manner. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a method for connecting a lever with a shaft; and (2) a method for manufacturing a device for transmitting a switching movement of a lever to a shaft.
