The panel (1) has a planar panel element (2) comprising a circumferential rim (3). Periphery of the element is fixed with a fixing tongue (4) that is protruded from the rim in which a wedge-shaped element (5) is configured to engage with an opening (6) of a covering part (7) i.e. center console, of the vehicle and to engage behind the opening of boundary (8). The covering part is located on a ground or a floor area (9) of a center tunnel of the vehicle. The wedge-shaped element is connected with the fixing tongue by welding and injection molding.
