The centrifugal concrete column (1) is made of ultra high performance concrete, which meets the concrete grade C115. The cylinder compressive strength of ultra high performance concrete is 100 mega Pascal. The centrifugal concrete column is combined to a truss ceiling (10) made of the concrete grade C55. The ultra high performance concrete is recessed in the area of a ceiling connector (9), where the ceiling connector is concreted with a slab reinforcement with in-situ concrete, after connecting the reinforcement of the centrifugal concrete column.
