The lamp (1) has a base element (10) for accommodating a light source (12) i.e. LED, and including a planar-shaped translucent covering (20) arranged below the light source. The covering is aligned parallel to a ceiling and provided with a sound-transmissive and/or sound-absorbing micro perforation. The covering is formed by an underside (21) of the covering, and includes micro-perforated side surfaces (22). The underside of the covering is defined at the base element. Vertically and/or horizontally planar structures are formed between the base element and the underside of the covering. An independent claim is also included for a luminous light blanket.
