The spanner has a screw head retainer (21) formed in each of two ends of two operating elements (2). Each operating element comprises a positioning block (22) between two screw head retainers. The operating element is rotatable at a spanner body (1) when the positioning block is in a cylindrical end of a positioning hole (11). The blocks are extruded on a side of the operating elements. A positioning disk (23) is fixed at an opposite end of the blocks of the respective operating elements. A cross-section region of the positioning disk is larger than a cross-section region of the block.
