The galette has a bearing unit for fastening the galette to a machine frame (8) in a detachable manner. A separate drive (11) is provided for driving the galette, where the galette is demounted from the machine frame after detaching the bearing unit from the machine frame and after decoupling the drive unit from the galette. The bearing unit has a bearing pin (13), bearings (14, 15), bearing casing (16) and a flange (18). The flange is fastened to a front wall (8a) of the machine frame, and a sealing is arranged between the flange and the front wall.
