The apparatus (1) has components provided with extruders (2-6) and a spray head (7). The extruders are arranged in an inclined plane (8) and horizontal spaced vertical planes, which are connected with the spray head by a flow channel. A symmetrical arrangement of the extruders is arranged in a vertical center plane. The extruders horizontally pass along the inclined plane parallel to the flow channel. The extruders comprise rotational axes (9, 10), which extend along direction of the inclined plane.
