A handle (3) is formed for lifting the vertical pipe. A thrust bearing is arranged in the vertical pipe. The handle is fixed at the thrust bearing. A tape is formed from a fabric band, particularly from a polyester-belt band. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing a commercial vehicle structure.
