The apparatus has wireless communication interface that receives physiological signals of telemetry data from person (B). Observable output signals generated by user (A) is outputted via output unit. A processing unit (1) is designed such that physiological signals received via communication interface commands the output unit to generate output signals representing physiological state of person (B). The output unit has tactile actuators (3) that are configured such that output signals of actuators produced to user (A) is mediated by contact. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a system for transmission of telemetric data of person; and (2) a method for transmission of telemetric data of person.
