The tube (100) has multiple pivot joints (2-4) providing mutual rotations of tube parts (31-33) around non-parallel rotational axes (10, 11, 28). A brake (7) detects one of the pivot joints (3) and is designed as a disk brake or multiple-plate brake, where the remaining pivot joints are detected by clutch elements that are acted by the brake. Braking action of the brake at the detected pivot joint is transferred to the remaining pivot joints through the clutch elements, which are designed as angle gears, which are formed as bevel gears with bevel wheels.
