The mold (200) has a screen printing web (210) non-uniformly formed with different cross sectional dimensions of fabric threads (211). The cross sectional dimensions of the fabric threads formed in a region surrounding a contact structure are larger than cross sectional dimensions of the fabric threads formed in another region of the screen printing web. A masking layer (220) is arranged on the screen printing web, and divides the screen printing web into transmissive and impervious fabric regions (241-243). The transmissive fabric region comprises a number of transmissive fabric portions. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing a screen printing mold (2) a solar cell.
