Method for shift-free switching of an automatic hybrid transmission, which has two electrical machines and as shifting elements exclusively form-fitting shifting elements, whereby by closing each of the shifting elements a respective transmission element can be coupled to another transmission element. To engage a target gear, at least one of the positive shifting elements is closed. The gear elements assigned to the at least one switching element to be closed are synchronized before closing by correspondingly controlling at least one of the two electrical machines.
