The system has a sliding cam piece (7) axial-displaceably supported on a spline shaft (8) in a torque-proof manner. Left and right electroactive polymer (EAP) actuators (3, 5) displace the cam piece and comprise electroactive polymer that is stretched for creation of an electric voltage. The cam piece is supported in a cross-roller bearing and positively connected with the spline shaft. A hole is formed in the spline shaft for retaining a detent ball together with a spring. Outer rings are arranged over cross rollers, and an inner ring is mounted on the cam piece.
