The device has a locking bolt for fastening to a lower base-side installation space (1). A clamping device is attached to a changeable traction battery. The locking bolt is braced against a stop by using the clamping device. The locking bolt includes a round shaped contour arranged in a region of first contact surface strutable with the stop. Osculation radius of the round shaped contour is higher than maximum diameter of the locking bolt. A screw is orthogonally mounted on a spindle along traveling direction. A clamping wedge is placed in an operative connection nut. An independent claim is also included for an electrical propelled vehicle.
