Solid-phase sulfation of poly(D-glucosamine-co-N-D-acetylglucosamine), involves adding solvent or solvent mixture, aqueous polyacid solution and/or cross linking agent to poly(D-glucosamine-co-N-D-acetylglucosamine) as a solid
Solid-phase sulfation of poly(D-glucosamine-co-N-D-acetylglucosamine), comprises: (a) adding a solvent or solvent mixture, an aqueous polyacid solution and/or at least one cross linking agent for cross linking the poly(D-glucosamine-co-N-D acetylglucosamines) to obtain the solid phase of poly(D-glucosamine-co-N-D-acetylglucosamine) for the pretreatment to poly(D-glucosamine-co-N-D-acetylglucosamine) as a solid; and (b)separating the solid poly(D-glucosamine-co-N-D-acetylglucosamine) from the aqueous polyacid solution or the cross linking agent. Solid-phase sulfation of poly(D-glucosamine-co-N-D-acetylglucosamine), comprises: (a) adding a solvent or solvent mixture, an aqueous polyacid solution and/or at least one cross linking agent for cross linking the poly(D-glucosamine-co-N-D acetylglucosamine) to obtain the solid phase of poly(D-glucosamine-co-N-D-acetylglucosamine) for the pretreatment to poly(D-glucosamine-co-N-D-acetylglucosamine) as a solid; (b) separating the solid poly(D-glucosamine-co-N-D-acetylglucosamine) from the aqueous polyacid solution or the cross linking agent; (c) adding a mixture of at least one polar aprotic or protic solvent and a weakly polar solvents to the separated mixture; and (d) then adding the solvent or the solvent mixture and at least one sulfation agent to the pretreated poly(D-glucosamine-co-N-D-acetylglucosamine).
