The temperature sensor arrangement (10) has a temperature sensor (18) that is embedded in a detection portion (16). The detection portion is surrounded by a coat element which is formed of aluminum material. A sensor unit (12) made of plastic material is formed inside the coat element by injection molding process. The sensor unit is provided with an assembly stop portion (26) in a transition region (24) between a mounting portion (14) and the detecting portion. An independent claim is included for a heat exchanger.
