The package (1) has a side portion (10) and another side portion forming an internal space with an opening for receiving a product. A detention element (15) for sealing the opening is arranged on the inside of the side portions. A connector (30) for joining the side portions is arranged on the inner sides of the side portions. A flexible insert (40) is arranged to be movable in the internal space, where the insert includes an elongated hole, and the side portions connector is placed within the elongated hole. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a package.
