An ohmic resistor is located between the terminals. A medium-increasing element is arranged on an outer surface of the electrode portions such that a first ohmic total resistance along a first current path extending between the terminals through the first electrode portion is equal to a second ohmic total resistance along a second current path of the terminals through second electrode portions.
