The folding body has outer sidewalls (12, 18, 25, 31) connected with an interior bottom (1) and an outer bottom (6) of the folding body. A broad side of an insert comprises out-foldable profiles, which are fitted to the outer sidewalls by recesses (16, 20, 29, 32), which are formed in the outer sidewalls. The out-foldable profiles are protruded from the outer sidewalls to corresponding recesses of another identical folding body and fitted into the corresponding recesses of the latter folding body. The folding body is made of corrugated cardboard or bars made of plastic or composite material. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a folding body.
